Fire Inspection / Investigation:
Fire and Safety Inspections of all commercial property.
Investigation of all fires involving dollar loss, fatalities and injuries, and arson.
Instruct firefighters in NFPA standard programs, and work with industry in the area of emergency response planning, loss prevention training, and consultation.
FIRE, RESCUE, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & SAFETY TECHNICAL SERVICES:
Working with industry and educational institutions in implementing HS&E programs and policies, including auditing and inspections.
Training in all aspects of safety and emergency response.
Work with safety and oil companies in the areas of safety supervision, high angle, and confined space entry/rescue.
LOSS PREVENTION TRAINING:
Municipal and industrial fire suppression, aerial apparatus (Bronto 142), aircraft crash/fire/rescue, vehicle extrication, hazardous materials, rescue and basic trauma life support which involved training firefighters and plant workers in loss prevention, investigations and inspections.
Work with the company safety department in designing a new company health, safety, and environmental policy manual.
ESTABLISHED OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR:
On-Scene Fire command (incident management), vehicle extrication and rescue.
Responded to medical, trauma, vehicle extrication, and rescue emergencies.
Fire suppression, hazardous materials response, prevention and inspections, Chemical/biological response training.
